Examples of Beauchamp's work can be seen in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum, The Museum of Modern Art (New York), the Hirshhorn Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Museum, the Denver Art Museum, the Carnegie Institute, and the National Gallery of Art. staff, Columbus Museum. He studied with the renowned German painter, Hans Hoffman, and had his first one-person exhibition at the Tanager Gallery in 1954. His work is populated by figurative elements, especially animals, birds and the nude female.
